#1.MEDLITE LASER

The Medlite laser is one of the most technologically advanced lasers for removing pigmented lesions, such as age spots, freckles and birthmarks. The laser removes these pigments with the energy of light. The specialised light produced by the Medlite laser is absorbed by the pigmented lesion. The unwanted pigment is then destroyed, thus removing or lightening the lesion.

The Medlite is most commonly used for removing brown age spots,” liver spots”, freckles and other brown birthmarks, such as café-au-lait spots and Nevus of Ota. Most common pigmented lesions are removed within one to two treatments. Some deeper lesions will require more treatments. Common pigmented lesions do not return. Some birthmarks may return after several months to a year. However, the procedure can be repeated.

The Medlite laser emits light in very short pulses. The impact of the energy from the power pulse of light is similar to the snap of a thin rubber band. After the treatment, the area will feel similar to light sunburn. Typically, any discomfort will disappear within a day or so. After the redness clears, the skin returns to its natural colour and texture.

#2.DUO YELLOW LASER

The Dual Yellow Laser Treatment is the latest laser available at SYY Clinic. This modern technology targets a wide range of skin problems, such as repairing broken capillaries, removing thread veins, rejuvenates sun-damaged skin, treating melasma & hyper-pigmentation, minimizes open pores & stretch marks, controls & prevents acne as well as improves acne scarring and removing tags, moles and warts. This is designed to produce noticeable results with no surrounding skin damage or downtime, making your skin appear much smoother, healthier and more radiant.

The Dual Yellow Laser treatment uses a Copper Halide Tube technology, which provides the characteristic healing & treating light. The dual yellow laser treatment differs from other laser treatments by producing two wavelengths of light rather than one – both Green and Yellow.

Each wavelength targets a different skin problem. The hemoglobin pigment found in the red blood cells responds very well to the yellow wavelength of light. The pigment absorbs it much better than the melanin in the skin does, making the yellow wavelength excellent for treating blood vessels.

The green wavelength used in the dual yellow laser treatment targets the melanin– the pigment which gives colour to the skin. This makes the green beam much more effective for treating pigmented lesions. When combined, the two wavelengths create a powerful beam for vapourising lesions. The combination of the two wavelengths of light is also excellent for the treatment of acne and skin rejuvenation.

Some patients can see results after only a couple of treatments. Others may need therapy for a prolonged period of time before they begin to see the desired effect, depending on each individual patient's skin type & condition. It is highly recommended to adhere with the doctor's recommended sessions to achieve better results.

#3.MOSAIC FRACTIONAL LASER

Mosaic’s skin regeneration procedure is the latest in fractional resurfacing and leading the trend in providing a total aesthetic solution. Unlike most rejuvenation methods, Mosaic alters the structures below the surface, creating unique conditions for continual collagen and elastin regeneration.

Mosaic has the ability to deliver substantial improvements while leaving the skin’ outer most layer unaffected. The result is a wound healing process that stimulates natural collagen remodeling without significant downtime and risks.

After a single procedure, the skin will be brighter and regenerated with renewed collagen. After 3 to 4 treatments, the skin will become tighter and scars will dramatically improved or disappear altogether. It helps brighter skin tone, smoother skin texture, reduced pore size, improvement of Atrophic scars reduction of wrinkles and improved skin elasticity.

#4.DERMABLATE

Collagen provides the support network to our skin. As we age, collagen starts to break down, causing lines and wrinkles. Besides the effects of ageing, years of sun exposure can cause discolouration, large pores, and pigmented or red areas on the skin.

SYY is presenting Er-YAG MCL 30 Dermablate laser with improved performance data, multi options and a winning design. The MCL 30 works by stimulating collagen production. As new collagen is generated, lines and wrinkles are decreased. As the laser energy is absorbed, it instantly vaporizes skin and tissue so precisely that surrounding skin is hardly affected. In otherwords, this is a "cold laser" because it does not burn the skin. Because of this, the pain factor and side effects have been greatly reduced.

The Medlite laser used for skin rejuvenation is one of the safest lasers in the market today. Patients of all skin types can be safely treated – including tanned skin. This laser procedure can also be used to rejuvenate many body areas, including the face, hands, neck and chest. The treatment is quick and offers no downtime – you can return to your normal activities immediately. Patients will experience progressive improvement over several months for a fresh, natural look.

It is used for diminishing the appearence of imperfections on the skins surface which is called Skin Resurfacing. It also provides an effective clinical approach towards Actinic Keratoses. These are dry, scaly, rough textured patches or lesions that are formed on the outermost layer of the skin after years of exposure to ultra violet light such as sunlight. It is also used in the treatment of Perioral Wrinkles which are fine or deep lines that occur around the mouth and lips. Like most wrinkles on the face, sun exposure, genetics and smoking are strong contributors to the development of these wrinkles.

#5.PIXEL SKIN

RESURFACING

Pixel skin resurfacing is based on the principal of micro-thermal treatment zones. The laser pulses create tiny ablative zones, removing the epidermis and upper dermis. The treatment then triggers the body’s natural healing process, stimulating the growth of new, healthy skin tissue. The procedure treats small zones of the skin, leaving surrounding tissue untouched and intact. These large unaffected areas act as a reservoir for more effective and rapid tissue healing and collagen production.

Pixel skin resurfacing can be used on patients of most skin types, anywhere on the body. Since this procedure spares healthy tissue, it can be performed on delicate skin area, such as the face, neck and hands.

Benefits of Pixel Skin Resurfacing Treatment
• Improved skin texture and firmness

• Safe and effective treatment for face, neck, chest, arms and hands

• Little or no discomfort

• Reduced downtime

• Long-term

Generally, treatment involves 2 - 4 sessions, at four-week intervals. Right after treatment, the patient may feel a slight tingling sensation and experience slight swelling for a day or two. As new skin replaces dead tissue, skin will flake - a sign that healing is underway. Skin will look better immediately, and will steadily improve over the next four months.
